Our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida training facility has everything an athlete needs to take their sport performance to the next level.

Strength & Conditioning Training

All Inclusive
  • This program includes an Individualized Strength Program & Speed and Agility Training.
  • Every student athlete in this program will go through a free evaluation.
  • Your limiting factors will determine where we will begin as far a progression and exercise selection.
  • Each student athlete will begin his/her recruiting profile, that will keep up with your progress and it includes videos.
  • 12-16 Training Sessions (4 weeks)
  • Training Frequency: 2x or 3x a week

Speed & Agility Training

  • This program is designed to improve athletes’ acceleration, top end speed and quickness.
  • Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Core Training and Overspeed Training
  • Drills are all age and skill specific.
  • Includes 12-16 Sessions(4 weeks)
  • Training Frequency: 2x or 3x a week
