Our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida training facility has everything an athlete needs to take their sport performance to the next level.
Strength & Conditioning Training
All Inclusive
- This program includes an Individualized Strength Program & Speed and Agility Training.
- Every student athlete in this program will go through a free evaluation.
- Your limiting factors will determine where we will begin as far a progression and exercise selection.
- Each student athlete will begin his/her recruiting profile, that will keep up with your progress and it includes videos.
- 12-16 Training Sessions (4-6 weeks)
- Training Frequency: 2x or 3x a week

- This program is just Strength Training.

Speed & Agility Training
- This program is designed to improve athletes’ acceleration, top end speed and quickness.
- Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Core Training and Overspeed Training
- Drills are all age and skill specific.
- Includes 12-16 Sessions(4-6 weeks)
- Training Frequency: 2x or 3x a week
