YOUR RECRUITING PROFILE WILL STAY UP TO DATE WITH YOUR TRAINING PROGRESS AND VIDEOS.  THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF YOUR RECRUITING PORTFOLIO THAT WILL ALSO INCLUDE YOUR BASKETBALL HIGHLIGHTS.

THE FOCUS OF PHASE I STRENGTH TRAINING MACRO CYCLE

AREAS OF FOCUS DURING PHASE I TRAINING:  OLYMPIC LIFT TECH., LOWER AND UPPER BODY POWER/STRENGTH, SINGLE LEG STRENGTH AND HAMSTRING DEVELOPMENT.  BASED ON HIS MOVEMENT EVALUATION AND POWER TESTING RESULTS, I WILL BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH ESTIMATED ONE REP MAXES FOR HIS MAIN EXERCISES.  THIS ALLOWS ME TO PROPERLY PLAN A PROGRESSIVE PERIODIZED STRENGTH PROGRAM THAT IS SPECIFIC TO HIS NEEDS

Phase I Speed and Agility Training

THE FOCUS OF HIS SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING WILL BE IMPROVING HIS ACCLERATION AND TOP END SPEED AND LEARNING TO PROPERLY DECELERATE AND ACCLERATE EFFICIENTLY WHILE IMPROVING GROUND FORCE CONTACT TIME.
