The next two Saturdays November 2nd and November 9th, I will be hosting $10 Speed and Agility Clinics for athletes from all sports (ages 6 and up). The focus will be to improve acceleration and change of direction. You must pre-register here to reserve your slot. *Payment via cash the day of the clinic* Make sure your child has tennis shoes and brings water.
